Lew Gravitt (1956-1997) established the firm as a solo practitioner in 1992. Brandon Burton joined the firm in 1995 and after graduating from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1996, remained with the firm as an associate attorney. Following the unexpected passing of Mr. Gravitt on October 12, 1997, Brandon became the firm's sole owner. T.R. Banks joined the firm in 1997 and graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2000.  TR has remained with the firm as an associate attorney since that time.

Ruth Sims is the office manager of Burton & Associates.  Christina Rainbolt, and Teresa Deranek are legal assistants for the firm. W. Cullen McMahon and Michael Hill are Of Counsel with our office and practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Products Liability, Bad Faith, Aviation Law, and Medical Malpractice. Athlea Adkisson joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007 and practices in areas of Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Criminal Law.  As our receptionist, Jacey Jacobs can either assist you directly or relay your call to whoever can best meet your needs.
