Our main office is conveniently located
at 308 N.W. 13th Street which is just north of downtown Oklahoma
City. The office is situated in a business office complex on the
Southwest corner of N.W. 13th and Harvey. Our office hours are
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call or email

What we do
Burton & Associates, P.C. practices primarily in the areas
of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security, Bankruptcy,
and Employment Law. Our firm is well known for the attention we
give each and every person separating us from the firms where
you are just another case. Our main office is in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma but we have satellite offices in Tulsa and Walters, Oklahoma
to better serve our clients.
Our business history
Lew Gravitt (1956-1997) established the firm as a solo practitioner
in 1992. Brandon Burton joined the firm as a law clerk in 1995
and later became a legal intern with the firm. After graduating
from the Oklahoma City Universtiy School of Law in 1996, Brandon
joined the firm as an associate attorney. Following the death
of Mr. Gravitt on October 12, 1997, Brandon became the firm's
sole owner. T.R. Banks joined the firm as a law clerk in 1997
and later became a legal intern with the firm. Since graduating
from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2000, T.R.
has been an associate attorney with the firm.
Ruth Sims, Jennifer Fullen, and Shana Hawke are
legal assistants for the firm. W. Cullen McMahon and Michael Hill
are Of Counsel with our office and practice in the areas of personal
injury, products liability, bad faith, aviation law, and medical
malpractice. Attorney, William A. Robinson, who also practiced
in the field of Workers' Compensation, became "Of Counsel"
with the firm in 1999 and is currently in retired status. Athlea
Adkisson joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2007.
